Introduction

  1. Take a look in your refrigerator or kitchen cupboard and locate food that is live and food that is dead. Calculate what percentage of total food is fresh and free of chemical preservatives.
  2. Calculate your genetic strength index. Add up the ages that were reached by both of your parents and all four of your grandparents. Divide the total by six. If the final number is over 80 you have a very strong genetic index. If lower you have a weaker genetic strength index. (Remember this is just an approximate estimate to discover your life expectancy potential based on your genetic heritage.)
